| Returns
- We have a 21 day return policy on all parts orders
except for special orders. We charge a 20% restocking
fee unless the return was a result of company error. All shipping for returns
must be pre-paid by the customer. To return a part

You will be emailed an RMA return
number and instructions within about 4-5 business days.
If you return a part without getting a return number
first your return will be refused and we will have
no way to track your return. |

UPS Shipping - Our UPS Ground shipping option is free of charge on orders totaling over $50.00 and applies to the Continental U.S. only; orders to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped by this method. Shipping time is usually 4-7 business days. |

Alaska, Hawaii - or any other U.S territories outside the contiguous 48 states are shipped using US Express Mail ONLY. Normal delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order. You will be charged separately after the shipping fee is calculated. Please allow for additional charges incurred by special handling and packaging. We also charge a $12.95 handling fee on these orders. |

| Overnight
and 2-Day Air Shipping - All carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours on all residential deliveries. They also reserve the right to hold oversize orders for one (1) extra day. These circumstances are beyond our control and overnight and 2-day charges CANNOT be refunded for this reason.

| Performance
Order Shipping - All performance parts are shipped using Ground service only. Expected delivery time for performance orders are 5-7 business days. All performance orders ship within 24 hours. Overnight and 2-day options are not available for performance orders.

| Truck
Freight Shipping - Truck freight applies to any oversize item that cannot be shipped via Fed Ex. In the event that your item is deemed oversized, we will contact you via e-mail with an approximate shipping estimate.

3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order that we feel will put the company, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will notify every customer who placed an order of any cancellations provided a valid e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail, to cancel such an order.
We assure that the majority of orders will not be considered for cancellation; however, such actions will be taken should the need arise.
